How long does it take to receive my order?
- Orders are shipped same day if received before 2:00PM CST on a business day.
- All shipments are via FedEx or USPS 2 day and you will receive an email with tracking number.
- We are NOT able to ship to any PO Boxes.
- We require signature proof for all deliveries.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
- Shreeji Jewelers is required by law to charge local and state sales tax of 8.25%

Can I place a re-order for a piece that has been sold?
- If the item you like has been sold, please send us an email at info@shreejijewelers.com with a description of the item and Item Code#, and we will email you the pictures of similar items in a similar price range. We will take your approval through email and ship the items. In the case that you want the same exact item to be special ordered, we will gladly take your order. Your special order item will arrive in 8-10 weeks of time from the day we place the order.
Do you Ship Internationally?
- We do business only in 50 states of the United States of America. Moreover you can make a purchase through any of your friends/relatives residing in the U.S. and we will ship it to them so that they can ship it to you.
Do you Negotiate on Prices?
- No, we do not negotiate. All of our products on ShreejiJewelers.com are priced competitively to keep up with a thriving e-commerce market.
What is your lay away Policy?
- At this time, we do not offer lay away.
